While I’m slowly working to gather some content for the blog, I wanted to keep today’s post simple…so here’s a Thursday throwback to a recipe I created with Pederson’s when I did an Instagram takeover in May of 2018. Enjoy y’all!
Whole30 Breakfast Sandwich
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Whole30 Approved Breakfast Patties (Pederson's makes some as well as a few other brands)
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 4 Eggs Scrambled
- 1 Avocado
- Hot Sauce (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees or Air Fryer to 360 degrees

Cut the sweet potato into "buns' and place on a baking sheet or in the air fyer

Bake for 10 minutes

Cook the eggs

Heat up the patties on the stove top

Cut up the avocado
-
Construct your sandwich and boom! Done!
