If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I love Mediterranean food.
I learned about TRIBALÍ Foods back in May and quickly became addicted. TRIBALÍ Foods multiple types of patties and different types of sliders. The best part is they’re Whole30 Approved and they’re so easy to quickly make on a weeknight. The flavor is amazing – I’ve tried multiple flavors and they have all been so delicious!
What I really love about TRIBALÍ Foods is the story behind it. Angela Bicos Mavridis shares her story on their website, but long story short – she was constantly dealing with digestion issues due to the food she was doing and decided to do something about. TRIBALÍ Foods sources 100% organic high-quality animal meats.
My personal favorite is the Mediterranean beef patty. I love to cook it up and place it on a homemade greek salad. Here’s my go-to recipe:
This is a great simple weeknight dinner. It’s easy to cook up and throw together when you don’t have a lot of time or don’t want to cook too much.
- 1 TRIBALÍ Foods Beef Pattie Cook following directions
- 1/4 cup Purple Onion Chopped
- 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives Chopped
- 1 Artichoke Heart Chopped
- 1/4 cup Bell Pepper Sliced
- 4 to 5 slices Cucumber
- Lettuce (romaine is typical)
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or Avocado Oil)
- 4 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Cook the beef pattie following the recipes on the package

Add the lettuce to a large bowl and add toppings

Mix all the salad dressing ingredients to a bowl and whisk together

Pour salad dressing over salad

Add pattie and enjoy!
